Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering or purchasing any Service and are responsible for keeping such information updated.

Skyllzo may offer:

• Recorded courses
• Live classes and sessions
• Hybrid learning programs
• Career-development programs
• Assessments and certifications
• Career guidance and placement assistance
• Corporate and B2B training
• Workshops and webinars
• AI-enabled learning and content
• Other educational and professional-development Services

Specific features, curriculum, duration, schedule and inclusions will be communicated on the relevant program page, brochure or official Skyllzo communication.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular program:

• Course and LMS access will be provided for 2 months from the applicable enrolment/access date.
• Skyllzo may provide an additional 1 month of access where a learner is genuinely falling behind, subject to approval.
• Downloadable learning materials specifically designated by Skyllzo may remain available for lifetime personal access.
• Course videos, LMS content and other non-downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of Skyllzo or its licensors.

Each account is personal to the registered learner.

Users must not:

• Share login credentials
• Allow another person to use their account
• Sell, transfer or sublicense access
• Record, reproduce or distribute restricted course content
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Provide false registration information

Skyllzo may suspend or terminate access in case of unauthorized sharing, fraud, piracy, misuse or material violation of these Terms.

All Skyllzo content and materials, including videos, scripts, presentations, PDFs, assessments, graphics, logos, designs, AI-generated or AI-assisted educational content, software, LMS content, curriculum, trademarks and branding, are owned by Skyllzo or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the content for their own educational purposes.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, publish, commercially exploit or create competing products from Skyllzo's proprietary content without prior written permission.

Program fees must be paid through payment methods made available by Skyllzo or its authorized payment partners.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the advertised base price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Skyllzo follows the Refund Policy published on the Platform.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed and course/LMS access has been activated, except where a refund is required under applicable law or approved under the Refund Policy.

Where career or placement assistance is included, Skyllzo may provide resume guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, career guidance, job opportunity sharing and employer or hiring-partner introductions.

Skyllzo does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, promotion or any specific career outcome.

Career outcomes depend on multiple factors, including learner performance, qualifications, experience, interview performance, market conditions and employer requirements.

Where applicable, Skyllzo may issue certificates upon successful completion of the relevant course requirements.

Certificate eligibility may depend on attendance, assessments, assignments, participation or other requirements communicated for the relevant program.

A certificate does not guarantee employment or any specific professional outcome.

Users must not:

• Commit fraud
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware
• Harass trainers, employees or other learners
• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Copy or redistribute proprietary material
• Circumvent technical restrictions
• Misrepresent their identity
• Interfere with the Platform's operation

Skyllzo may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Skyllzo may use third-party technology, payment gateways, communication platforms, cloud services, AI tools and other service providers.

Skyllzo is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

Skyllzo will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform operational. Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, cyber incidents, third-party outages or circumstances beyond Skyllzo's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyllzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the Platform or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Skyllzo may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any feature, course, program or Service where reasonably necessary.

For paid programs, Skyllzo will make reasonable efforts to maintain the principal Service purchased by the learner.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Skyllzo's registered office.

Skyllzo may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.
