Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular program, payments made for Skyllzo programs are non-refundable once enrolment has been confirmed and course/LMS access has been activated.

A refund will generally not be provided where:

• The learner changes their mind after enrolment.
• The learner does not attend live sessions.
• The learner does not complete the course.
• The learner does not watch recorded content.
• The learner does not complete assignments or assessments.
• The learner is unable to allocate sufficient time to the program.
• The learner does not achieve the expected academic, professional or career outcome.
• The learner does not obtain employment.
• The learner does not receive the salary or job opportunity they expected.
• The learner fails to meet applicable eligibility, attendance, assessment or participation requirements.
• The learner does not use the available course access period.

A refund may be considered where:

• Skyllzo is unable to provide the principal Service purchased by the learner
• The program is cancelled by Skyllzo without a reasonably equivalent alternative arrangement
• A duplicate payment has been made
• A payment has been processed incorrectly due to a technical or payment-system error
• A refund is required under applicable law

Unless otherwise specified:

• Learners receive course/LMS access for 2 months.
• Skyllzo may provide an additional 1 month where a learner is genuinely falling behind, subject to approval.
• Downloadable learning materials specifically designated by Skyllzo may remain available for lifetime personal access.

Extension of access does not create or extend any right to a refund.

Where placement or career assistance is included, such assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary or job placement.

Failure to secure employment does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Where Skyllzo approves a refund, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.

Processing timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

If Skyllzo cancels a program before its commencement and does not provide a reasonably equivalent alternative arrangement, Skyllzo may provide an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable circumstances and law.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official Skyllzo support/contact channel and should include:

• Learner's full name
• Registered email address and mobile number
• Program name
• Transaction/order details
• Reason for the request
• Supporting documents, where applicable

Skyllzo may request additional information before reviewing the request.

Learners are requested to contact Skyllzo before initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.

Skyllzo may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Platform with the applicable effective date.
